We offer free shipping for all orders worldwide.
All orders will be processed within 3 working days. Depending on the product you ordered. If the product is dispatched from US or EU warehouse, it can take approximately 5-7 business days to delivery. If it is shipped from our China warehouse, it can take 3 weeks approximately to delivery. During the busy holiday season and during the COVID-19 pandemic time, the international shipping may be impacted for delay.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, plus tracking details for your order.
We currently only offer USD currency for online shopping but our payment providers from PayPal, Alipay, and credit cards can automatically revalue your orders from USD to your local currencies.
Major products listed in our store can be shipped to worldwide as long as our logistic provider can transport. Some products with the exclusive distribution via our regional warehouse can only be shipped to that country. We have mark these products in the product description for only offered to this specific country’s customer.
Our business is located in Norway and we will be responsible for collecting VAT tax for our norwegian customers only. For international orders, the company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping.
Each order has the tracking number for customer to track for most countries. We encourage the customer to leave the accurate shipping address and phone number for shipper to contact. If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise or risk of losing the package.
Under exceptional circumstances, we takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delayed caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customers inspections.
For those orders delivered to the following countries without the tracking number, we will not accept the disputes.

If the order is not processed to despach, yes, we can cancel the order for you. Once the order is sent with the tracking number, we will not be able to cancel orders. Please contact our customer support immediately for checking the order status.
We are committed to delivery high quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We offer full refunds if the product does not meet quality standards or if you change your mind. All products can be returned to our assigned warehouse return center with the customer’s cost. The customer needs to provide us with a valid tracking number.
Some conditions as follows:

- Has not been used
- Has original packaging and tags
If all of the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when requesting to return product:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request return. Please explain reason for return, order number and other supporting information like product or package image. Once return has been authorised with a return order #, we will provide you the return address. please return the product within 10 days of receiving your order.
We offer a full refund or replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. The customer needs to provide us the images or video for approving the damage. For minor damage or imperfection of products, please contact us to resolve.
We has a strict quality control procedure for warehouse and logistic management. If it happens that we send you the wrong products, we offer the full refund or replacement.
